Déjà Vu was my first attempt to break out of English language limitations and combine four languages; English, French, Arabic and Flemish in one poem.
Déjà Vu: in French means remembering the future. It describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.
Habibi: in Arabic means my love.
Ik houd van u: in Flemish means I love you.
