Immortal Beloved

October 4th, 2006

Every night I wait for you to knock on my door

Then I go to sleep saying I’ll wait one day more

I close my eyes as I go to bed, that is true

But I only sleep to let go my soul to you

From the very first time we went to bed

as we kissed I drew heart shapes on your chest

I trust you love me but I just happen to cry

It’s not you I loved; it’s whom I found was a lie

For that you’re immortal my beloved;

you never exist to die!

Don’t confess, I’ll forget what my friends said

Just tell me they’re jealous of you & I

What is the use for I now know the truth

when I’m the only one to pay the price!

No, you’ll never know how much I love you

As for me, I will just never know why!
